Viticulture and Winemaking:
The fruit was 100% hand-picked on 22-27 April 2004
Grape bunches were 100% destemmed
The grapes had varying times of cold maceration and varying fermentation temperatures to increase the wine’s complexity
Maturation in 100% French oak (45% new) (mainly Remond and Francois Frerre barriques)
Date of bottling June 2005 (13,332 bottles produced)
Alcohol 14.5%.
